[spicy version]

3 Broccoli Florets
1 Bell pepper
2 Carrots
1 Clove Garlic
1 Tomato
1 tsp. Sambal Olek
2 Stalks Celery

Push garlic and tomato through the hopper with broccoli and carrots. Follow with the celery and bell pepper. Pour into a blender, add Sambal Olek, mix and pour into serving glass. For non- spicy version, leave out the Sambal Olek

1 cup apple juice, freshly made
1 Pear
1 pint Strawberries

Place all ingredients in a powerful blender. Mix well and serve chilled.

2 Granny Smith Apples
1 bunch Spinach
10-12 Strawberries

Bunch up spinach and push spinach and strawberries through the hopper with the apples. Or mix all the ingredients in a K-Tec or Vitamix blender with some water, for a very tasty and highly nutritious meal.
