Pineapple Protein Shake

1/2 large Pineapple, with skin
2-3 T. Raw, hemp seed powder
4 oz. Cashew milk or Almond Milk
3-4 Dates, to taste (optional)
1 Banana, very ripe and frozen

First, juice the pineapple. Pour the juice with the rest of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
